Join South West Georgia Homecare as a PRN Registered Nurse serving clients in Albany and Leesburg. Provide skilled nursing visits, supervisory visits, care plan oversight, and clinical documentation on a flexible as-needed schedule.

What you will do
- Conduct skilled nursing visits and client assessments in Albany and Leesburg
- Perform supervisory visits and care plan reviews for assigned clients
- Develop, review, and update care plans in coordination with the care team
- Document visits, vitals, medications, and clinical notes accurately and timely
- Communicate client status changes to the agency and families
- Provide guidance and oversight to CNAs, PCAs, and companion caregivers
What you need
- Active, unencumbered Georgia RN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum one year of nursing experience; home health experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Albany and Leesburg
- Ability to pass background screening and health/TB requirements
- Strong documentation and communication skills
