No. We are based in Albany and our office there is coming soon. Assessments take place in the family's home in Lee County.
Can I arrange care for my parent if I live out of state?
Yes, you can make the inquiry and discuss the assessment and estimate by phone and email. Someone who knows the household routine should be present for the in-home assessment.
What will a few hours of respite cost?
Cost depends on the help and hours needed. The assessment is free, and you receive an individualized written estimate before anything is arranged.
Will insurance pay?
We will be private-pay at launch and do not bill Medicare, Medicaid or other insurance. A long-term care insurance policy may reimburse the policyholder according to its own terms.
When can care start?
Only after our Georgia home care license is issued. We will not promise a start date before then.
