South West Georgia Homecare is a locally owned, non-medical in-home care organization based in Albany, Georgia. The organization is building a technology-enabled home care model designed to make care coordination, family communication, and workforce operations more connected for families across Southwest Georgia.

Our focus is non-medical in-home care for families across Southwest Georgia — personal care, companionship, and support with daily routines — coordinated by a local team rather than an out-of-state call center.

We build our own care coordination technology so families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals share the same clear picture of a care plan, and we work collaboratively with the clinicians and case managers already involved in a person's care.
