Director of Nursing & Clinical Quality (RN)
Lead all clinical oversight for South West Georgia Homecare as the Georgia-licensed registered nurse of record. You will write and review care plans, run supervisory home visits, and own caregiver competency and quality standards across our service area.

What you will do
- Serve as the agency's registered nurse of record for clinical oversight
- Write, review, and update every client care plan
- Conduct in-home supervisory visits and document findings
- Lead caregiver skills competency testing and annual training hours
- Own quality assurance, incident review, and corrective action
- Maintain compliance with Georgia private home care provider rules
What you need
- Active, unencumbered Georgia RN license
- Three or more years of nursing experience; home health or hospice preferred
- Prior clinical supervisory or quality leadership experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical documentation and teaching skills
- Reliable transportation for in-home supervisory visits
