Founding VP, Clinical Affairs & Network Quality
Owns clinical governance and network quality standards. This is an entrepreneurial founding-stage opportunity to define how an independent provider network is vetted, supported, and held to a quality standard.
Employment type: Strategic executive / part-time or fractional to start, with potential to expand as funding and company operations grow.

The mission
Define clinical governance for the company: the standards used to vet and support the independent licensed clinicians in our provider network, the boundaries between agency support staff and clinical practice, and the quality measures we hold ourselves to. Independent clinicians retain full responsibility for their own clinical judgment, documentation, and billing.
What you'll own
- Define clinical governance standards for the company
- Set vetting and licensure verification standards for network clinicians
- Define the boundary between agency support staff and clinical practice
- Establish bedside support protocols for aide-assisted virtual visits
- Build clinical relationships with physician practices, clinics, and health systems
- Recruit and convene a clinical advisory group
- Define the quality measures the company reports on
- Keep clinical standards aligned with Georgia licensing and regulatory requirements
- Advise the founder on clinical implications of product and operating decisions
Bootstrap orientation
We are looking for an entrepreneurial clinical leader who understands rural access barriers, is comfortable building standards where none exist yet, respects the independence of licensed clinicians, and communicates directly with the founder and executive leadership team.
Preferred background
- Active clinical license (MD, DO, NP, or RN with executive experience)
- Experience in clinical leadership, quality, or medical affairs
- Understanding of rural access barriers and care coordination
- Comfortable working with independent clinicians who retain clinical responsibility
- Entrepreneurial and comfortable building standards where none exist yet
