Founding VP, Strategic Partnerships

SWGA Homecare is building a technology-enabled home care company combining high-quality care with modern healthcare technology and operations.
We're looking for a Founding VP of Strategic Partnerships to build our external partnership strategy from the ground up.
This is not a traditional sales role. We're looking for an entrepreneurial healthcare leader who wants to build, develop meaningful relationships, and help shape the company's growth.
What You'll Do
- Build and lead our strategic partnerships pipeline
- Develop relationships with healthcare executives, health systems, physicians, senior living, SNFs, community organizations, and other strategic partners
- Represent SWGA Homecare in executive-level meetings
- Identify and develop referral, institutional, technology, and community partnerships
- Build repeatable partnership processes and eventually a partnerships team
- Work directly with the Founder/CEO on major strategic opportunities
Who We're Looking For
You may be a healthcare business development leader, strategic partnerships professional, health-tech operator, consultant, entrepreneur, or high-performing business development professional ready for an executive opportunity.
We're looking for someone with:

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Healthcare or health-tech experience
- The ability to create opportunities from scratch
- Strong judgment and initiative
- A builder's mindset
Your current title matters less than what you've built.
You won't be inheriting an established department. You'll help build the function, the relationships, and the playbook.
Location: Southwest Georgia / Atlanta preferred, with regional travel as needed
