SWGA Homecare is a growing healthcare technology and home-care company building its funding infrastructure. This is an entrepreneurial founding-stage opportunity to build a non-dilutive and strategic funding pipeline before lending becomes a major capital strategy.

What you will do
- Build and maintain a grants and strategic funding pipeline, prioritizing qualified, high-probability opportunities.
- Research federal, state, local, healthcare, rural health, workforce development, technology, entrepreneurship, foundation, and corporate funding opportunities.
- Assess eligibility and fit for each opportunity.
- Develop grant calendars and submission plans.
- Coordinate proposals, budgets, supporting documentation, and narratives with leadership.
- Build relationships with economic-development organizations, foundations, healthcare institutions, universities, corporate partners, and public-sector funding organizations.
- Track submissions, decisions, awards, reporting requirements, and renewal opportunities.
- Establish repeatable funding processes and an executive funding dashboard.
- Identify strategic partnerships that can unlock grants or other non-dilutive resources.
What you need
- Strong research, writing, budgeting, relationship-building, and project-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage a funding pipeline and deadlines.
